In 1981 Kim Tar Noodle House opened its doors in the heart of LA’s historic Chinatown bringing the familiar flavors of Southeast Asia to southern Califronia. 34 years later we’ve decided to keep our families’ traditions alive. We are honored to share with you our longstanding family recipes and present to you Capital Noodle Bar.
