Mr. Chin Tsai is the original founder of Chin’s group of restaurants. The first Chin’s Szechwan restaurant was opened in 1976 in Hawaii. The first restaurant had become a favorite destination among patrons due to its high quality appetizing cuisine served in an elegant environment. Over the years, Chin has opened other Chin’s fine dining restaurants that are frequently visited by patrons looking for fine Chinese cuisine and splendid service.
In 2008, to further enhance our patron’s fine dining experiences and menu choices, Chin has retained a distinct number of restaurants under his ownership and personal management. Chin will elevate his restaurants to higher levels of excellence.
