Asian Pacific Islander American Public Affair Association (APAPA) is a non-profit, non-partisan and fully educational grassroots organization founded in 2001. The mission of APAPA is to empower Asian and Pacific Islander Americans in civic and public affairs through education, active participation, and leadership development. The San Diego Chapter was launched in December of 2011 to serve the greater San Diego County.
