Chengwei Cheng moved to Los Angeles area from Taiwan when he was 17 years young. He studied physics and business finance at the University of California, Los Angeles, and proceed to work in several international organizations. As a first generation immigrant, he has the personal understanding of challenges with moving to an unfamiliar space. He has worked with investors, buyers, and banks in both residential and commercial real estate.
Cheng is a family man who is devoted to God and his two lovely children. In the winter after a fresh rain, you will probably find him on the powdery slopes of Lake Tahoe with his family. He and his team work to address every detail of your transaction before they become a problem. A local resident since 2000, Cheng is a familiar face in the local charity events, and love to show you the best that Pasadena has to offer.
