We are a very traditional and AUTHENTIC bbq chop shop which means what you see is what you get. We don’t have any of the hormone injected boneless triple-breasted chickens that many people like to use for frying. But we DO proudly serve head on feet on, natural raised farm fresh chicken, duck, and pork. Of course, depending on your preference, we can surely chop off the all natural, but not so pretty, head and feet when you order.
step 1: tell us what you’d like to eat.
duck, pork, or chicken. maybe even all of the above. all meats are displayed in glass case, so you can pick your meat or just let our specialist pick for you.
step 2: tell us how much you want and how you like it. whole, quartered, or chopped into small pieces so you can enjoy with chopsticks. poultry is sold by half or whole. pork and other novelties are sold by the pound.
step 3: we chop..chop..chop…chop. you pay at register.
step 4: bring home to enjoy by yourself or with family and friends
step 5: REPEAT!
