Ms. Yun practices in the area of general business litigation and bankruptcy law. Ms. Yun has trial experience and her practice consists of a wide range of commercial and civil litigation matters, including creditors’ rights litigation, contract disputes, mortgage-related disputes, and debt-collection disputes. Ms. Yun also assists financial institutions with all aspects of non-judicial and judicial foreclosure proceedings. She has experience in enforcing secured and unsecured loan obligations, obtaining attachments, enforcing judgments, injunctions, receiverships, and other pre-judgment remedies. Ms. Yun has co-authored legal articles discussing developments in the law affecting mortgage-related lawsuits and arbitration clauses in consumer financial contracts.
In addition, Ms. Yun specializes in the federal Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA). She has successfully managed the defense of numerous individual and class actions alleging violations of the TCPA against clients, including financial institutions, auto finance companies, large national retail pharmacy chains, hotel and casino, and for profit educational institutions. She frequently provides TCPA advice to clients in various industries and has also assisted in presenting a continuing education program on the TCPA to a large national auto finance group.
