First of all, thank you for taking time to spend few minutes with me. Welcome to Masala Zone, I am Sonu the owner and creator of Masala Zone. I started with cooking traditional dishes over 20 years ago and over the span of 20 years learned variety of authenticate Indian Cuisine. Before 15 years ago I decided to start my own restaurant to server authenticate Indian Cuisine to all my guests.
I was lucky enough to open several restaurants in Orange County before Masala Zone. With my 15+ years of restaurant experience and hunger to server guests lead me to open Masala Zone in the heart of Westfield MainPlace Mall.
