Mindy Doan is licensed Certified Public Accountant and has operated her own practice, “Mindy Doan CPA” in San Diego since 1996. Mindy Doan was born in Viet Nam and was naturalized as a US citizen in 1981. She received her Bachelors degree in Accounting and a Masters of Business Administration degree from San Diego State University.
